Here Comes ... Frankenpug!

 So we're having a Halloween Pet Costume Contest in our apartment community, and Ziggy is dressed as Frankenpug!

(It's just a picture-submission contest, not a walk-around or a parade in it - I'm not THAT sadistic!)
