McConnell issued a statement and posted a picture of himself and his wife from his hospital bed (below) and he appears to to have his hand on an issue of the Sunday Sports Edition of the Washington Post on his lap for proof of the date.
Other than curiously missing several wrinkles on his forehead as well as his usual gray appearance - likely due to Photoshop - there otherwise doesn't appear to be any other alterations to the photo lol.
There ya go, MAGA conspiracists - satisfied?
Like I said below, I don't know what anyone would have to gain by lying about his being alive or dead anyway!!!
Also, as stated below, apparently, Vice President JD Vance blew through Lexington yesterday, just after visiting Valhalla Golf Course in Louisville.
Though it was likely to meet family or friends or even other golfers here, there may also have been an element of reassuring presence to the public regarding McConnell as well, considering McConnell has now issued a statement today.
