Observed On The First Day of School Here Today 😂

 

I was sitting outside on the balcony, and suddenly I hear this ruckus coming from the end of the parking lot.

It's a teenage boy and girl, running alongside a slowly moving SUV  in the parking lot,  banging on the windows. 

"

Dad, let me in. DAD! C'mon, Dad?"

I knew immediately what was going on, don't you?

The 2 teenagers likely didn't want to get up/were late for school and Dad was messing with them.  😂

Of course, he finally stopped and let them in. 

Kudos, to that Dad, trying to teach them the life lesson that the train /bus/plane leaves the station at X time - school/work starts at Y time - and they will not wait for you or anyone - no negotiation, no ifs, ands, or buts!

(I bet he was giggling to himself the whole time, though.. That'll teach 'em.)
