Just wanted to highlight US Representative Massie's role in the hearing.
US Representative Thomas Massie is a Republican representing Northern Kentucky who initially supported Trump, but is now vehemently anti-Trump - especially over the Epstein situation.
He was also the representative who initially blew the whistle on the DOJ website initially publically publishing the victims names, but redacting the perpetrators.
I think he did a very good job of laying out the redaction problems and his efforts to pinpoint accountability for such "accidents" (that keep happening), adding further that they only changed the website after he "caught them red-handed."
He also further went on to say the only reason he knows who the names are that were redacted is because he read the victims' testimonies from the FBI, because the DOJ still has not met with the victims despite repeated requests.
Probably the most powerful thing he said, after Bondi tried to deflect onto Biden - and then tried to say his questioning was "political" and he had "Trump derangement syndrome " (which he ignored) - was that this goes back 4 presidents and is beyond political party.Other than our governor, Andy Beshear, this would literally make only the second time in 3 decades that I am proud of a politician from my state of Kentucky ... 😊
