So Rosetta Stone was sold in March 2021, bought by a tech company called IXL, so that may account for the strange issues and why negative reviews/complaints have only recently began showing up within the last year - which I haven't done, yet, mind you, I typically don't leave negative reviews - just my post yesterday questioning if it was just my experience.
